The time has finally come for me to buy a place. I am looking to buy a condo and I must admit that this has been quite a learning experience so far.

Banks can be pretty tough.

And this city very expensive.

Also searching online can be a bit crazy.

I haven't yet gone to look at any existing condos (people who are selling) - nothing has caught my eye yet, but I have gone to a couple of ones that are being built (and have to go see a few more). I do have an agent though who is looking.

But the whole process can really make your head spin.

And for those of you who want to one day buy a home - save, save, save. That is the best advice I can give so far! (Or buy with someone else, who hopeful has saved something!)
